These terms cover your use of UteHQ (app.utehq.com.au and related services). By creating an account you agree to them. We've kept them in plain English.
UteHQ is a job management platform for trade and service businesses: quoting, invoicing, scheduling, customer records, payments and related tools. The core service is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce optional paid features in the future; nothing you already rely on will be taken away without reasonable notice.
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate business information, and you must be authorised to act for the business you register.
The business records you create in UteHQ (customers, quotes, invoices, photos) belong to you. You can export them at any time. We store and process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Card payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms, which you accept when enabling UteHQ Pay. Standard card processing rates apply. You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices you issue and for your own tax obligations, including GST.
Don't use UteHQ to send spam, harass anyone, issue fraudulent invoices, upload unlawful content, or attempt to access other businesses' data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
We work hard to keep UteHQ available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and to the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, which may give you rights we can't exclude), we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On closure, you can export your data first; after closure we delete it from our systems.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
