UteHQ is built and run in Australia, and your privacy is treated the way we'd want ours treated. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Your business data is stored on servers located in Sydney, Australia. Some service providers we rely on (such as payment processing and email delivery) operate international infrastructure to deliver their services; where that occurs, your information is protected by those providers' security and privacy safeguards.
We use your information to run UteHQ: creating your account, sending your quotes and invoices, processing payments, sending service emails, and providing support. That's it.
UteHQ relies on a small number of trusted providers to operate: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), and Supabase (database and storage, Sydney region). Each is bound by its own privacy and security obligations.
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Export tools are built into the app, and if you close your account we delete your data from our systems. To make a privacy request, email hello@utehq.com.au.
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, row-level security on all business data, and access controls that mean your data is visible only to your business.
